SCHOOL CLASSIFICATION
The school is a Local Education Authority Community School. It is a co-educational establishment for pupils aged from 4 years to 11 years.
SCHOOL HOURS
Children should arrive between 8.50 am and 9.00 a.m. All children should go straight to their classrooms where the class teacher will be waiting to welcome them. The bell rings at 9.00 a.m. This signals the start of the school day.
The lunch break starts at 12.00 p.m. for Key Stage 1 pupils and 12.15 p.m. for Key Stage 2 pupils and ends at 1.15 p.m.
The afternoon session ends at 3.30 p.m. for all pupils.
PLAYTIMES
Playtimes are 10.30am - 10.45am and 2.30pm - 2.45pm
There is no afternoon play in Key Stage Two on Tuesday and Wednesday.
OFFICE HOURS
The School's Administration Officer, Mrs. Newton, is in school between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday and Tuesday and until 4.00pm the rest of the week. Mrs. Newton normally takes her lunch between 12.15 and 12.45 pm. It would be helpful if you contacted the school during the times when she is available.
Dinner money is managed by Mrs. Davies, the School Cook, who is available after lunch, if you would like to speak to her at school on the telephone, 01937 842667.
If you wish to speak to Mr. Frontczak, or any of the teachers, it is helpful to us, and may save disruption to a class, if you call before or after school or during lunchtime. Of course, if there is an emergency please call us immediately.
